Do you provide local pick up?

Yes, we do provide local pick up. Pick up is available in Lincoln and an email with a pick up address will be sent after order confirmation. We have flexible pick up times to suit you.

Can i view before I buy?

Yes, you definitely can view the tents before buying. We have flexible viewing times to see the tents in Lincoln with pick up available on sight if you decide to go through with the purchase.

Can I get my tents shipped?

Yes, you can get your tents shipped. We arrange shipping through a third party shipping company. We will arrange the shipping for you to either a depot or an address defined by you. All you have to do is call and pay the third party directly.

Is there a warranty policy?

Yes, we do offer a 12 month warranty policy. Please see the warranty policy here for more details.

Can you assemble our tent for us?

Yes, we can assemble your tent for you. This will be a additional $70.00 charge for a soft shell, a $20.00 charge for the hard shell and $50.00 for any awnings. Please add a note at the time of check out to advise us, so its assembled on collection.

Who do you use to ship your consignments?

We generally use Mainfreight or Pack and Send, however any can send on any carrier you prefer.
