They are sold individually and come with everything needed to fit them to your tent 

 

These are the roof racks that are available as extras if you want to have 3 or 4 roof racks on your tent instead of just the two that are supplied.

  • Return Policy
    Thank you for your purchase with Southalps. We hope you happy with your purchase.

    However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for refund within 14 days of delivery (please see refund terms below under Refunds).

    Returns

    All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging. If returned with no packaging additional fees may apply - please see below under Refunds.

    Return process

    For a return please email: Southalpsnz@gmail.com before returning the product to arrange the return. The product may be returned by dropping back off to Southalps or by being shipped back to Southalps. After receiving your return an inspection will be made on the condition of the returned product and then a refund will be made.

    Refunds

    After receiving your return an inspection will be made on the condition. If it’s still in like-new condition, a refund will be processed in a timely matter. Once processed, it can take up to 10 working days for the money to reach your account. The refund will show on the card that you used to make the payment. Please note we will not do direct bank deposits for a refund unless a payment card is no longer active.
    If the product is received not in like-new conditions, a refund may be denied or a lesser refund rate may be offered to reflect the damage made and the cost to repair.

    • Buying of in stock products
      • Refunds will be made in full minus the re-stocking charge of $100 and additional $100 will be deducted from the refund if retuned with no packaging.
      • Customer must cover the shipping costs and/ or any other costs involved with getting the product back to Southalps.
    • Buying of pre-ordered products
      • No refunds on Deposits – pre-order deposits are non-refundable but if you place an order that you no longer need you will not be held liable for the remaining balance, and the product will be resold.
      • If a product has made it to the customer and has been fully paid for, refunds will be made in full minus the non-refundable deposit and the re-stocking charge of $100 and an additional $100 will be deducted from the refund if retuned with no packaging.
      • Customer must cover the shipping costs and/ or any other costs involved with getting the product back to Southalps.
      • If a pre-order was placed by a customer and when the order arrives the customer can no longer afford to pay the remaining balance, they may pay the remaining balance off, over a time period discussed at the time. The tent will remain at Southalps until the full balance has been paid. If the customer does not pay or does not get in contact within a one month time period of being notified that their product is in stock Southalps has the right to resell the tent at normal retail with no refund to the customer

     

    Exceptions

    • Faulty product
      If your product is faulty we will fix or replace the faulty parts on the product (please see the warranty policy). If we cannot do this in a timely matter you are eligible for a full refund or store credit of your choice. If you chose to get a refund we will waive the restocking charge and no packaging charge.
       
    • Late delivery
      If your product isn’t delivered in a timely manner, you may request a full refund before the product reaches you. This mainly applies to pre-order, orders. Products that are delivered in a non-timely manner that have been shipped through a third party shipping agent do not fall under this exception, as they are shipped at buyers expense of time
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at southalpsoutdoors@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
